2. rightclick anywhere to get a contect menu

result:
nothing happens

rightclick again and the contextmenu shows up

Since I spammed everyone by moving to Core: Layout, I figured I'd do my duty and atone for it by verifying that the backout does indeed fix it, with build 2006-07-29-20 of SeaMonkey trunk running under Windows XP.
