After deleting messages from the Sent-folder, the counter for Unread Messages and Total messages at he bottom-right of the window, are both set to -1 when I click on the top-field of a mail-folder (the page where it says Thunderbird Mail and also E-mail Read Messages, Write Messages; Accounts; Advanced Features).
If I click Inbox, the amount is correct again, and if I go back to the same page, the amount is still correct.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete messages from Sent-folder
2. Click Mail-folder top-field
3. Look at counter bottom-right
Actual Results:  
The counters said the amount of messages were -1

Expected Results:  
Given the correct amount of messages.
