One of the most frequent actions when reading mail is moving a message to a folder. Most of the times that folder would already exist. Sometimes, I will crste a new folder to store the message i am reading. It would save me some time if "create folder" action could be an option of the folder tree  of the "Message/Move" menu, when I start to look at the folder tree and decide the best would be to archive that message under a new folder. 
Currently I have to exit the "Message/Move" menu and go to the "File/New/Folder" menu, and then back to the message.

The same sould apply to the pop-up menu that shows up when right-clicking on the message.
