Right hand tab strip buttons
After the landing of bug 345466, the tab strip right scroll button has a strange, XOR-lloking space between it and the All Tabs button.

Marking blocking, accepting the beta2 TM, but this might slip to final. It's a polish issue, mconnor says that he didn't override a CSS rule hard enough and one of our linuxy people might be able to get to it before him.
