When I change the message store folders for a profile to another path, the changes are not in effect until Thunderbird is restarted. This is not really a bug, but a message that pops up notifying the user of the detail would be very helpful!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Under "Server Settings" in the Accounts Settings screen, change the profile's local directory to another path.
2.Close the window
3.Go back to Accounts Settings, and change all settings in the "Copies and Folders" tab to reflect the new message store
4.Send and receive mail - All messages will be delivered into the old message store, but show that they've delivered in the new store.
5.Close and re-open Thunderbird, the messages have now disappeared!

Actual Results:
See "steps to reproduce" for detail

Expected Results:
The message store should either be in use immediately, or Thunderbird should display a message that changes will not take effect until it is restarted, or it should automatically close and reload.
