If i have an E-Mail as an Atachment from an E-Mail an in the Atached E-Mail a i cann not open the atached file in the atached E-Mail.
I have first to save all atachemant in an filesystem directory and then i can oben it with the explorer.  The E-Mail was genrated by M$ Outlook 2003.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Send some mail with Atachmant to a Outlook client
2.Pass all mails together to an Thunderbird client
3.Try to open Attachemnt per doublclick.

Actual Results:  
Programm for the Atachment open an 0 byte file.

The fix for this will be available in TB 2.0.  You can run a nightly build now (or the official "2a1" build), if you need this sooner.
