User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b2) Gecko/20060827 BonEcho/2.0b2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b2) Gecko/20060827 BonEcho/2.0b2 The "All Tabs" arrow is fully saturated in its normal state. When hovering over the control, there is no saturation change like all other controls in the new theme. Either all the tab bar controls need to be fully saturated using only the background to indicate hover, or the "all tabs" arrow should be changed to only be fully saturated on hover. Reproducible: Always
Blocks: NewTheme
Version: unspecified → 2.0 Branch

I can't confirm this on Linux; maybe it's a Windows thing only? Or perhaps a regression today...
I'm not seeing this in nightly builds either. Marking WFM.
