I don't know if this is deliberate; if it is, I disagree with the decision.
This is trunk-only; I see it right now in 3a1-0831, but I noticed it in earlier builds.
The tree of options pages on the Account Settings page is in this order:
ACCOUNT
Disk Space
Copies & Folders
Composition & Addressing
Server Settings
Junk Settings
Return Receipts
Security
Compared to 2a1, the Server Settings page has been swapped with the Disk Space page. It seems clear to me that Server Settings are more important, and they should be moved back up to the top slot.
