too late to block on high contrast versions of the icons.  We really could use a high contrast icon set, but that was already something we need to do for all of the icons (see the whole bunch of related "X icons are not compliant with high constrast theme" bugs we minused a month or two back).

Should figure out a strategy for a11y theming for Fx3
