Details

I often find that I have got more than one address book entry for a person. I then have to manually merge these entries, which is cumbersome. I want to suggest some Thunderbird support for this merging, e.g. a "merge wizard" that lets me choose one of the values for each data field. Or maybe there could be some automatical merging, based on email address? (Sorry for the nebulous UI description. I know about the problem, but I am not sure how the UI of a solution could look like.)

I have this problem also, 2/7/10.
