353332 - TOC of Firefox Help on Mac contains invalid items

In the side toc of firefox help:

  [Accesiblility Features] -> [Fonts and Colors]
  -> [Using a High Contrast Theme]:
This feature is not exist in Mac and content is not shown correctly on Mac but only toc of it is left. We should not show this item in the toc of Mac Help.

  [Menu Reference] -> [File] -> [Quit]:
This item also should not shown in Mac Help. Quit menu of mac is in [Firefox] -> [Quit Firefox] and not under [File] menu. Remove this item from toc of Mac Help

What to be done:
Add nc:platform attribute on a11y-high-contrast toc item.
Remove mac in nc:platform attribute on menu-exit-nowin toc item.

Add late-l10n keyword.
Requesting blocking-firefox2.

This is very late fix which have l10n impact but I think we should fix this.
