This is a ru version of the en-US bug 352968 and bug 352971.

Basically:
1) need to add nc:platform="win unix" for the a12y High Contrast entry in
firebird-toc.rdf
2) remove "mac" from the File > Quit description in firebird-toc.rdf
3) remove dimensions of .png images
