Using multiple monitors under OSX, if Thunderbird is located on the secondary monitor and a context menu is brought up, it appears at the edge of the primary monitor instead of at the location the context menu was activated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using multiple monitors, place thunderbird on the secondary screen.
2. Right click anywhere you would expect to have a context menu (message pane, folder list, etc)

Actual Results:  
Context menu appears at edge of the other monitor.

Expected Results:  
Context menu appears at location of right-click
