bug 319777 brought tab scrolling on the trunk.  This is a stub bug to make sure we remember to land it on branch.

Attachment: Project patch for tab scrolling imagery

This patch adds the three scrolling image files (tab_scroll_button_left.tif, tab_scroll_button_right.tif, and tab_menu_button.tif) and removes the now-unused overflow icon (it can be cvs removed on branch *and* trunk).

Full disclosure: I haven't built with this because the patches haven't been untangled, but I don't think it'll be an issue.

Landed on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH.  Unfortunately, I accidentally wrote over the nice patch I'd made chronicling the changes, but it's reviewable through bonsai.  I applied each patch in order, then cross-diffed the results with the trunk version to make sure everything was as expected.
