356672 - Pasting the source of a message containing an image in a new message freezes Thunderbird

Spam messages are more and more often sent with an image attached, to bypass antispam filters. The body of the message may be empty or contain a few lines.
I regularly forward spam to spamcop. To do this, I first of all show the message source, in order to get the full headers, then select the whole source and paste it into a new message. When I select spamcop address from my address book Thunberbird freezes completely and I have to terminate it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View > Message source
2. CTRL+A to select all
3. CTRL+C to copy
4. Compose new message
5. CTRL+V to paste
6. Select an address from the addess book (spamcop in my case, but I guess the bug is not related to the specific address chosen)

Actual Results:  
Thunderbid freezes

Expected Results:  
Continue and let me send the message

I use only the default theme, the only extensions I have is a French dictionary
