BUILD: Current trunk build
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367260
2) Click on the "Target milestone" combobox
3) Try to scroll with scrollwheel (or two-finger drag on the trackpad on a
MacBook) in the dropdown.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Scrolling.
ACTUAL RESULTS: no scrolling.
This regressed on 2006-09-28, which is when Cocoa widgets landed...

Looks likely, yes. I'd have found that one if it had been in the right dep list...
