If I view a webpage with encryption, like this one, and click on the lock the information shows up in the primary monitor, even if the webpage I am browsing is in the secondary monitor. This could mean that the information would be missed by a user until they have navigated away from the page. This is different behavior then in similar bugs like 314279 because I have employed the work around suggested in that bug and right clicking works properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a webpage with encryption, like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org in the secondary monitor.
2.Click on the lock next to the web address.

Actual Results:
Page info opens in primary monitor.

Expected Results:
Page info should open in secondary monitor.

I have not tested this in Windows, I do not know if the problem exists there, or in any other OS.
related to bug 314279 ?
I was only indicating that the problem in bug 314279 had to do with context menus opening on the wrong screen, which is similar to this bug in that the information opens on the wrong screen, is an unrelated problem.

To reproduce this on FF5 and above you need to:

1. Open a webpage on a secondary monitor.
2. Click to the left of the URL for the certificate info popup
3. Click on more information, the popup window always goes to your primary monitor.

My steps were done with Win7.
