Attachment: error showin saving to c:\ is actually going to program directory

I find this broken in TB 2.0.0.6 and SM 1.1.4.  Reopen the bug?

If this was fixed, I don't know why it down doesn't work. Regression to bug 262866?  bug 262866 didn't actually address this issue?

Also, bug 134796 is the oldest report of this bug.

This phenomenon itself is Bug 134796, which is not fixed yet.
Problem when "Save All" in comment #0 looks to be a result of Bug 134796, which was caused by incorrect choice of "\"(root) due to Bug 262866, as Mike Cowperthwaite says. This can explain "no problem when Tb 2.0 and trunk".

Both bugs were reported as problem when "Save All", and Bug 134796 had focused on "Save to current directory when C:\" part, but Bug 262866 had focused on "Save All then C:\" part.
I feel bug summary of Bug 134796 is misleading, since Bug 262866 was already fixed.

Note: Bug 134796 is report when "Save All" but "to C:\" is intentional. So bug summary of Bug 134796 is absolutely correct. But it is confusing because Bug 262866 also exists.
