Details

With Bug 369451 fixed we now remove the values we add for protocol / file handlers under HKEY_CURRENT_USER and this bug is to remove the reg keys if they are empty.

This doesn't block the 2.0.0.2 release
No longer blocks: 369465
This doesn't affect trunk since we add those keys when setting as default per bug 369703. If we decide to land bug 369703 on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH this bug will be invalid.
This should be wfm for all supported releases
