I have had firefox on other pc's and recently purchased a new one and downloaded it through your site.  When I open firefox the portion of it that shows the web page paradoxically bounces up and down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Every time I start firefox.

Actual Results:  
screen continued to bounce up an down.

Expected Results:  
bouncing screen.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Window_shakes - 99% chance you've got an empty bookmarks toolbar, and are seeing bug 247116

Phil, this actually sounds more like bug 221604. Apparently, you don't need to remove all the items on the Bookmarks Toolbar for it to happen there.

No observable reason; starts and stops. Began with Firefox 2 download.
You guys have bugs galore, and I wonder if a non-geek belongs here despite being fed up with IE.
I want to USE machine, not fix it.
Have other problems: pictures are too often too blotched to view, boxes and tabs get blacked out, whole sections of pdf files get blacked. 
Basically a semi- useful tool, often a toy.
