Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to the Admin Control Panel 2) List Manager 3) Add-on Types 4) Edit an add-on type Characters outside of standard ascii in the <input> boxes will not be encoded properly (the <textarea>'s work fine). Not sure if this affects places other than the add-on types in the list manager, but something to check I guess.

Upping the severity, since I've had to go through and fix strings twice.
Severity: normal → major

This occurs too in the developer control panel when you edit an addon. Only in the addon name.

Marking fixed per comment #4. (I know Wil doesn't like closing bugs before the fix is in production, but it keeps appearing in my queries)
