Control panel add/remove programs freezes when I try to uninstall (seems like a Microsoft ploy). I end task and then try again - no problem uninstalling other programs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Settings
2.Control Panel
3.Add/Remove Programs - click change remove
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
I want the program off my computer - it keeps locking up and slows down computer
Do try out the suggestions in the dupe, and provide additional info there if you have any. It works for most people. Maybe related to some other application that is locking something... (??)
