376949 - Converting event to task or vice versa doesn't update Agenda/Todo list

When a task is created in the todo list, and changed to event in the task/event dialog it doesn't desapear from the todo list. It shows as event in the calendar view and Agenda.
However when this now event is put back to task it doesn't disappear from the agenda view. It does disappear from the calendar view if the show tasks is not selected.   

Same behaviour if it is created in the agenda view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create task by double clicking in the todo list
2.change it to event in the task dialog 
3.task remains in the todo list

4. Follow the same steps by creating an event in the agenda or changing to task an existing event.

Confirmed with Tb 2.0.0.5pre + Lightning 0.7pre (2007071904) on WindowsXP.

The issue doesn't exists anymore as described in comment #0.

Using Lightning 0.9pre (2008052111) it's no longer possible to directly convert an event to task or vice versa. It's only possible to create a new task from an event or vice versa. The source event/task still exists after that procedure and must be deleted manually.

Works for me using Lightning 1.0pre (20090304) with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090304 Shredder/3.0b3pre. The new event/task is shown immediately.

See Bug 445305 on the 'Convert To' function should replace the event/task instead of creating a new one.
