Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open bookmarks manager 2.highlight bookmarks toolbar folder 3. Actual Results: Delete action is greyed out. Expected Results: folder should be able to be deleted.

I'm not complaining about not being able to _empty_ the folder as in bug 378902 -- I'm saying that the folder itself, not just its contents, needs to be deletable. It's not a very high priority issue, since the toolbar itself will hide, it's just that I believe, firmly, that any feature that can't be turned off is a bug.
