Overview Description: When the mailer asks you either to send to this user either in HTML & Plaintext, only in Plaintext or only HTML, if you click in the void there, it *deselects* the radio boxes! Steps to Reproduce: 1) Open Mail&News, configure your mail account if not done already. 2) Open a new mail, address it and put some odd text in it 3) Send the mail 4) When the dialog "HTML Mail Question" opens, click in the grey area around the radioboxes. Actual Results: NO radiobox selected anymore! Expected Results: The last selected radiobox should remain selected. Reproducibility: 100% Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 2000050412 on Win32 (Win95) Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: - Additional Information: When all radioboxes deselected, the mailer sends the mail with the last selected option.

I suspect this bug should be filed against xp toolkit or whoeever wrote the radio checkbox widget (ben?)
This was first reported in bug 37151, though with a somewhat unrelated issue, so I'm dubious as to which bug that report is now intended to cover. Read the initial report and the related comments and decide for yourself if this is a dup (prob not, that bug now only seems to cover the problem that its summary describes). This occurs everywhere so its XP widgets. Resummarizing...

how is this a dup of 36655?
verified dup (of the core solution -- reimplement radiobuttons in xbl/js) This is checked in now, and I cannot duplicate the original problem with getting all radiobuttons in unselected state.
