So... what about View --> Apply Theme? Neil, can we nuke it? I mean, are we really going to have 3 ways of changing themes (1 from preferences and 2 from the main menu)?

No, themes preferences are or will be removed; aside from the Add-Ons Manager, View --> Apply Theme is being worked on in bug 382963.

Ah, right - the pref pane was removed in May :-/

So, this assumes that bug 382963 will be resolved ;-) Note also that we should probably put in a short description somewhere on how you install themes, but I figured that could go in a separate bug (now when I think of it I think it's already filed).

Ian had some comments (on IRC) on the patch when he was reviewing it. This version includes his suggestions - I haven't been able to access the changed files until now.

New version, addressing a few nits
So, for some reason I forgot the suite-toc part:
Checking in suite/locales/en-US/chrome/common/help/suite-toc.rdf;
/cvsroot/mozilla/suite/locales/en-US/chrome/common/help/suite-toc.rdf,v <-- suite-toc.rdf
new revision: 1.95; previous revision: 1.94
done
