The current 05/03/00 revision of the mail prefs spec shows a revamp of the
Return Receipts panel.

Please implement the new revision of MDN receipt prefs according to spec:
1.    One single section and outliner.
2.    Move descriptive text for explaining MDN to its own line inside container.
3.    Remove Customize pushbutton (and subdialog).
4.    Add Customize prefs as spec'd to the Return Receipts panel.

revisions.

This may be moot, since I talked to jefft and it looks like the entire return
receipts feature will be out for this seamonkey/6.0 release.  We already had DSN
receipts listed as OUT, but the whole shebang including MDN is out (pending
final FINAL decision in the next day or so).
