Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.0 (20070419)
A light colored system font can make new mail alerts difficult to read, because apparently the text color is assumed to work on the default white background of the alert.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a System theme with a light colored font (try white to see the full effect) (I'm using Gnome/Aero)
2. Turn on alerts in preferences
3. Send a test message to yourself and watch the alert box
Actual Results:
The alert window showed up with a difficult to read alert.
Expected Results:
The default CSS should set a default text color.
