workaround [#1]:
mozilla.exe -console -jsconsole
click help about [in javascript console].  You now have a navigator window.

the js console results in `Method not implemented` for nsContextMenu.js line 
223.

Workaround [#2]
<CaptnMark> user_pref("skins.enable.switching", false);

The problem lies in this pref, skins switching was enabled [and is broken on 
win32].

The workaround doesn't help me - I get the javascript console but can't get a 
browser from it.

try again with 5-11 8am builds.

just an update: my 8am build is working fine
(I even blew away the chrome directory, and restarted, it still works fine)

8am windows build looks ok. I think this bug is fixed as of 8am.
