I wanted to select all messages with a 'myTag' tag.  I went into Edit/Find/Search messages, selected 'Tags' 'contains' 'myTag'.  No messages were found, even though there are some messages with that tag.  

I then tried 'Tags' 'doesn't contain' 'myTag'.  All messages were found, including some that were tagged with 'myTag'.

I then tried 'Tags' 'is' 'myTag'.  No messages.

Then 'Tags' 'isn't' 'myTag'.  All messages. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Search messages for the specific tag.

Actual Results:  
It's as if there are no tags on messages; the messages that should be found are not found.

Expected Results:  
It should have found the messages tagged with 'myTag'.
