Bug 40260 added tabs to the "Subscribe" dialog. One of them changes name depending on the protocol, "Current Group List" is used for NNTP, and "Folder List" for IMAP, but they both share the same access key. The problem is that while the tab labels are defined in subscribe.properties, the access key is defined in subscribe.dtd, with no clue to localizers what string <!ENTITY currentListTab.accesskey "L"> is supposed to match. If the labels and access key can't be put together in the same file, a localization note explaining the situation should be added to subscribe.dtd.

Update accesskey when changing label, moving accesskey definition next to label into .properties file. Patch for both SM and TB.
