Bug 339964 dumped a little over 400 lines of CSS into browser.css. Some parts are redundant while most are simply screaming out for optimization.

Mostly done in other bugs on win/gnomestripe - I'll get the last remaining bits in 404774 and cover mac as needed once proto lands.
Ping.. Just checking if this bug (and bug 404774) needs an update since 2007 :P
