network.search.url - disappeared (other than as an orphan pref) somewhere between M10 and Mozilla 1.0

offline.prompt_synch_on_exit - exists in Classic, but not (other than as an orphan) in M10

browser.startup.homepage - the fact that it's set to an unregistered chrome URL is probably a hint that it's not needed

custtoolbar.personal_toolbar_folder - a little hard to figure out, but seems to be the name of the folder in your shared Internet Explorer bookmarks that you want to have as the toolbar folder when you use a read-only version of them rather than native bookmarks

bidi.numeral - no idea why we were repeating the pref from all.js, but I think the answer to bsmedberg's question is "we aren't, we're copying the default from before bug 181711" since we don't even list the current default, 0, value

browser.downloadmanager.behavior - sadly, not something supported by our current download manager

browser.download.progressDnldDialog.enable_launch_reveal_buttons - not so sadly, not our current download manager

browser.urlbar.clickSelectsAll - we're already inheriting that same false on *nix from all.js, and would only be using it in toolkit help's search box, if we used that.

(intl.collationOption and the network.hosts.*_server prefs are bogus, too, but I'll get them in bug 394545 and a bug to be named later, since they've got tentacles spread further than just here.)
