When I open an eml file, the Ctrl-E feature produces an error dialog:
"An error occurred while creating a message compose window. Please try again.".
However if I use the Ctrl-E feature normally (not in a previously saved eml file), 
it works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save an eml file
2.Open the file with thunderbird
3.Press Ctrl-E keys (Menu "Message" ---> "Edit Message As New")
Actual Results:  
Error dialog with:
"An error occurred while creating a message compose window. Please try again."

Expected Results:  
Exactly the feature working in main thunderbird program without using a previously saved eml file.
