The bug is not clear about anything -- a completely empty initial comment is generally really bad.

Apparently this  is the "System Requirements" link at the top of http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/

The "Release Notes" link is similarly broken.

Chris hasn't added release notes yet, which causes that. The main relnote link works now, as I placed a dummy page there for now.
