From Firefox 2 to Firefox 3

In region.properties:
* Netvibes added in first position because it's the only web feed aggregator currently available in Catalan.

In searchplugins:
* changed Gran Diccionari de la Llengua -> DIEC2 . New version dictionary website from the official public institution.
* Nosaltres.cat -> Huubs. Results are more meaningful and include more sources of Catalan written news from many diverse sites.
Permission for these two new services addition was asked. I'm currently waiting for their response.

Toni, it's not really helping to resolve bugs that have important dependencies set. I've fixed that now, but once you are already in a situation with lack of documentation and tracking, breaking attempts of tracking is bad.

Former bug of searchplugins: Bug 265547

You can see we already had the discussion deciding between "Gran Diccionari de la Llengua" (http://www.grec.cat/home/cel/dicc.htm) and "DIEC2" (http://dlc.iec.cat/). 
The former was then first preferred because results were offered in one page, better for user experience (according to our group opinion) and content was equivalent if not the same. A few months ago, DIEC2 has nicely changed its interface and it's also presently a more up-to-date dictionary, from the official public institution (not a company), with no ads, etc.

Nosaltres.cat (http://www.nosaltres.cat) in Firefox 2 is presently a broken searchplugin because changes were made in their website interface :( This is a web directory and a news search engine of 4 Catalan media sources. However, they seem to be actually changing their focus to a classifieds site.
About two years ago, Huubs (http://huubs.imente.com/) appeared, however they have recently improved its interface, and it includes many more sources of Catalan news media which could be appealing for Catalan-speaking users browser experience. This would be somewhat a Google News equivalent, which it is not available in Catalan language.
