"Text Size - increase/decrease" should be different from "Fullpage Zoom/Unzoom"

At present "Text Size - increase/decrease" do full zoom in Thunderbird.
ie, images are also zoomed


Expected menus items

Also there is another bug 250415, ie default ctrl+mosewheel action is not  zoom/unzoom when shipped

From bug 401322: Reasons to make text zoom the default:

1. Why do we zoom? IMO, almost always (at a minimum >50%) to be able to better
read text that is too small.

2. Keep layout? HTML is designed to accommodate all kinds of resolutions,
monitor sizes, dpi settings, font-size settings, etc. Layout is for paper
output. Web pages must "go with the flow" (in accordance with our font size
preferences).

3. Do we need to see low-res images zoomed into a pixellated mess? Almost
never.

4. Full page zoom causes the dreaded horizontal scrolling. Very little could
justify that high price.

Conclusion: Text zoom is more useful and should be the default.

People switching from IE can either change the setting to their habitual (but
inferior) behavior, or rejoice in the more useful default setting (text zoom).

Now that the patch for bug 401322 has been checked in, is this working for you?

There will not be two separate zoom menus in Thunderbird (this idea was rejected in both Firefox and SeaMonkey already), but the "Text Size" menu now should use text zoom by default again.

Then to match firefox and be consistent the menu item name should have been
