When viewing the Drudge Report the ad at the top of the page won't always be blocked.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to the Drudge Report
2.  Repeat until ad appears, if necessary. 
3.
Actual Results:  
At this particular time the ad didn't appear.

We blocked more ads from drudgereport in the October update (bug 398120), which we haven't pushed to 1.5.x yet.

However, in a couple of quick tests, I still see a Flash ad on occasion, inside:

I'm pretty sure we can safely block anything coming from trafficmp.com. I thought we were already blocking stuff with "tacoda" in the src, though.
