Reproducible: Always
*To* junk folder, you can set in the options.

Magnus- which setting is that- couldn't find anything?
Options | Privacy | Junk, and in Account Settings | Junk you can select the folder.
Sorry- this is a misunderstanding. I was assuming you were saying it would then automatically move to that folder when marking as junk.
It should - but you might be seeing bug 217528, bug 394062 or bug 324777.
