+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #356793 +++

Right margin of the copyright text in About dialog is set to 0. This patch sets it symmetrically with left margin, works with both LTR and RTL themes.

(I was going to say we should use margin: 0 20px 3px, just because it's fun to make people look up how three values work, but I'm pretty sure I've claimed before that explicit -end and -start are good, to make sure that if someone decides to make them asymmetric later, they'll have to think about RTL.)
