41970 - AB: File menu should match spec

Build 2000-06-08-09M17: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

Overview: In the Address Book, select an Address Book in the left pane (or 
select a card in the Resuls pane), select the File menu and the following 
changes should occur so it matches the spec:

1. Remove
a. File|New|.Directory (I don't think this is in for this release)
b. .Export (I don't think this is in for this release since all bugs
relating to this item are M20)
c. Quit appears twice (Bug# 38170)
d. "a" menu items (Bug# 41928, only a problem on the Mac)

2. Add
a. Page Setup... (Bug# 36796)
b. Print Plus and its submenus (Bug# 41678)
c. "..." should be appended to the following menu items
   - New Address Book Card
   - New|Mail List
   - New|Address Book
   - New|Address Book Card

3. Enable and remove dot
a. .Print Preview 
b. .Print Address Book...

4. Change
a. "Print Card View" should state "Print Card..."

bugs rather than individually.  But this still needs to be nominated as part of 
that bug.
