receiveHTML.label in /mail/locales/en-US/chrome/messenger/preferences/sendoptions.dtd and /suite/locales/en-US/chrome/mailnews/pref/pref-formatting.dtd reads as follows:

If you know a particular recipient can receive HTML mail, uncheck the 'Send email as plain text (no HTML)' checkbox on the recipient's Address Book card.

The reference to the text at the checkbox (i.e. Send email as plain text (no HTML)) should not be embedded literally, but rather it should be included as its entity. I did not find the corresponding entity.

This is a pattern which occurs more often, it should be looked for other occurrences, and they should be solved as well.

This will enhance consistency, and moreover, make life much easier for localizers.

BTW, it seems like receiveHTML.label is not in use anyway, so it can be removed.
This is also an issue in the Help files, where a lot of options are mentioned by name.
