Might be bowling night? Need resolution, this is holding the tree closed on freeze night.

These don't look dead to me. They're all connected and actively building/testing currently according to the buildbot master waterfall.
Yup - these machines are up and reporting. They may have appeared to be dead because PGO builds take so long to produce that the talos boxes spend a lot of time idle waiting for builds to test.
