This page <http://home.netscape.com/plugins/jvm.html> will contain the functionality to launch XPInstall of the Java Plugin. It's functionality will be similar in spirit to <http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=1423>.

From my understanding Java isn't wrapped up as an .xpi. If we want to make this page as cool as the IRC client launch page off of Mo'Zine than I need the .xpi's built. Otherwise, we're going to have to link to a .exe file. It's not on my end to make the actual zippy file. Dan, can you second me on this?
