When you are browsing add-ons on AMO, you can choose to sort the list by Add-on Name, Date, Downloads and Rating (e.g. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:1/cat:all/sort:popular). However, when you are searching for add-ons on AMO, you cannot choose how the search results are ordered (e.g. see URL above).

It should be possible to sort your search results on AMO by Add-on Name, Date, Downloads and Rating, just like you can when browsing add-ons.
