Attachment: offering subscriptions to newest and featured add-ons

A good way to help people who are interested in hearing about the latest/newest add-ons is through a feed subscription.  AMO already has feeds set up for "Newest" and "Featured," but we could make their existence more obvious by doing something like what I've mocked up in the attachment.

I support this, that'd be quite helpful. Maybe we should even link to a global "newest" add-on list (i.e. the same content as the RSS feed) on the right hand side of the main page too? This is not currently possible yet it's a feature I have frequently seen requested recently.

You merged in patches for 3 different bugs here.  r+ on the relevant parts of the patch, but not for this whole thing.

I spun-off a layout bug over in bug 426541, but the rest of the applications' views are fine (and the links work), so Verified FIXED on using preview.
