This was originally disabled due to some landing issues on windows. We should try turning it back on to see if it's fixed.

I've turned it on in staging. Monitoring.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Green across the board in staging. Will coordinate an outage window with bug 419759 for landing to production.
Patch landed as part of bug 419759. Will be hitting production at 10am PDT today during the outage window originally intended for PGO.
We don't need a separate Win32 build step for this since perl (runtests.pl) expects the unix paths. This patch is already in production -> was quick fix to eliminate bustage.
