I translated the older (1.8) version of The Book: <http://bonsai-l10n.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=/l10n/fa/toolkit/chrome/global/mozilla.dtd&rev=1.2>. I'll translate the new (1.9) version on the private svn, which will get merged to the trunk once 1.8 branches.
