The navigation buttons in main calendar view are no longer styled and don't match the background anymore.

Regression range: Works in Sunbird 0.9pre (2008-04-13-19)
                  Fails in Sunbird 0.9pre (2008-04-14-20)

Most probably caused by Bug 428798, Bug 428922 or Bug 428933
The patch restores the style rule that was lost when merging Sunbird and Lightning styles in Bug 428933.

Argh, that's what you get when you copy&paste the relevant code parts from lightning.css (which didn't have this CSS statement) instead of calendar.css (which did have it).
