There is a bug in bugscape which depends on this. The bug is:
http://bugscape.netscape.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1225
Basically inside a tab widget, you cannot get focus on the tree elements of a
secondary tab. The events dont go down into the tree.
Here is the comment from the bug in bugscape.
Saw this
Win32 2000-06-20-09M17
Mac 2000-06-20-08M17
Steps to repro:
1) Launch seamonkey using a new or migrated profile.
2) Login to IM via Standalone AIM (Via Tasks-->IM)
3) Import a buddy list.(File-->Import Buddy List)
4) Click on List Setup tab after import is complete
5) Try to expand or collapse a group in the List Setup tab, or try to single
click(to select) or double click on a buddy there who you know is online.
Actual results: Groups do not expand when double clicked, and in fact may even
launch a compose window for a buddy you did not select.
Nominating dogfood as many users will encounter this bug navigating/using the
List Setup tab.
Adding url in link.

Changing header. All the tree problems inside tabs are the same bug.
Summary: Can't expand or select groups/buddies in List Setup tabs → Trees don't work inside tabs and decks
Yeah, but is this really a smoketest blocker, i.e. should we hold the tree
closed for this today?

I've asked qa to take a look at it, they're still looking. once we have more
info it will remain a blocker or fall off the radar.

removing blocker status for it to drop off verification radar.
